Covid-19 ProtectionWays

If you already have Covid, there are some protection ways that you can do. One way to lessen your risk of getting the virus is to avoid having intercourse with someone who has it.
Be sure to drink plenty of water every day. Your body needs hydration to combat the disease and stay healthy. It will also help your immune system fight against the virus, which will allow you to fight off any future episodes. And, finally, exercise regularly.
Cleanliness and clean habits should be kept to a bare maximum. Always wash your hands before touching anything and make sure that every part of your body is clean and dry. Try to wear clean undergarments as well so that your skin can breathe and that it is not irritated by friction from clothing.
Be aware of your health. Get a checkup once a year and be sure to ask the doctor about the flu shot. Some employers will require annual screening for employees to be on the safe side. It is important to be healthy and protected so that your body can function the way it was designed to.

How is the covid 19 transmitted?

A newly discovered strain of a virus that affects the human respiratory system called the Covid 19 is responsible for causing chronic coughs and colds. Covid 19 is generally more severe in the elderly and patients with chronic diseases. It even ends up fatally. That’s why people try to prevent them from getting infected through the nose and mouth by using masks.
Coughs and colds are usually caused by this virus that has entered through air or spaces created by blocked mucous which leads to the entry of an infectious agent into the respiratory tract. Doctors think it is caused by microscopic organisms that infect the lungs and other parts of the body using aerosols (air particles).
It is speculated that the virus may be transmitted during ordinary coughs through nasal secretions that lead to the airways being compromised which allows for the entrance of the contaminants. There is also a suspicion that the ailment could be acquired through eating food that is contaminated with the pathogen.
